Our Story

Hi, I'm Laura.

I’ve always been someone who finds a lot of joy in the little things — making something with my hands, a quiet cup of tea, a long bath at the end of the day.

Before Flaura, I worked as a Hearing Instrument Specialist. I loved working with people, helping others and doing something that felt meaningful. After having my second son, I decided to stay home with my boys. Life looked a little different then. My days were full in a whole new way, and somewhere in the middle of caring for everyone else, I found myself wanting something that felt like mine too.

I’ve always loved a good bath. Nothing fancy — just warm water, a little quiet and a few minutes at the end of the day to exhale. And because I’ve always loved creating, I started experimenting with simple, natural bath and body products while my boys were at school.

At first, it was simply something I loved doing.

And then, little by little, it became Flaura.

What started at home as a creative outlet grew into something I could share with other people — products made by hand and with care, meant to make an ordinary moment feel a little more special.

I think that’s what Flaura will always be about for me. Not elaborate routines or finding more things to add to your day. Just appreciating the small things that are already there — a warm bath, a familiar scent, a quiet house, a few minutes that belong entirely to you.

Because sometimes the simplest things really are the good things.
